Description

01st Day: Fez

Arrival at the airport of Fez (flight arranged by the traveller).

Private pick-up and transfer to the riad or Hotel.

02nd Day: Fez

After Breakfast, we see the oldest of the imperial cities, starting with a panoramic visit, where we see both the modern and old city. We continue appreciating places such as the gates of the Royal Palace, the Bab Jeloud or the Jewish Quarter.

After that we walk the medina of Fez on foot, like a journey through time, we see the ancient madrassa of Bou Inania, as well as the districts of the different artisans: goldsmiths, carpenters, loom workers, ending in the famous tanneries.

03rd Day:Fez -Ifrane – Volubilis –Ziz Valley

After Breakfast, drive towards Errachidia (Ksar Souk) via a photo stop in Ifrane (The small Switzerland) and in the unique cedar forest with monkeys (Magot) of the Middle Atlas near Azrou. The lunch be will in Midelt after passing the Zad pass (2178m), then cross the Hight Atlas by Tizi n’Talghmt (1907m) to follow the Ziz area with its magnificent valley and canyons. Visit the old Amezzouj Kasbah at the fund of Ziz gorges, then arrive in Errachidia .

Night on Half-board , in  Guest House Ziz Valley or Hotel.

04th Day: Ziz Valley- Erfoud – Erg Chebbi

After your breakfast, drive south into the desert of Erg Chebbi by the magical valley of Ziz with its impressive pre-saharan oasis kasbahs. A photo stop in the blue source of Meski and at the panoramic view of the valley, then a visit the marble factories and fossils of Erfoud. After we arrive at the foot of the spectacular sand dunes to start your adventure by camels trek to spend a quiet night in the desert camp. Night  on half board under nomad tents with drum music and shooting stars …!

05th Day: Erg Chebbi – Khamlia – Rissani-Merzouga

The second step is devoted to explorer a desert life around the Erg Chebbi dunes after your breakfast and shower. We’ll visit a small villages and oases in the region, the local nomadic berber habitant, the Mifis mines, the village of gnawas (black of Soudan), crossing the runways of Paris-Dakar and different desert plateaus as black desert, salt lakes, wadis … The break lunch on the road and back to the Hostel for dinner and overnight.

06th Day: Erg Chebbi – Meknes:

Early risers can enjoy the desert sunrise. After breakfast, we leave the warmth and silence of the desert .Our destination will be Meknes, we will crossing Midelt and the mountains of the Middle Atlas, also making another stop for lunch at a place of your choice (not included).The night on Half-Board .

07th Day: Meknes

Breakfast and panoramic visit with a view of the 25 miles of walls that surround and protect this imperial city.

Then walk to the medina, knowing the Bab Al Mansour, the Cara subterranean prison and the peculiar supply market. Afternoon free.

08th Day: Meknes – Fez – Return

After Breakfast and check-out. At the agreed time, private pick up and transfer to Fez airport. Arrival and end of our services.
